The manufacture of automobiles mainly consists of four processes: stamping,welding,painting,and assembly.The task of the welding process is to produce a qualified automobile body.Therefore,welding is a very important step in automobile manufacturing.The application of digital factory technology has brought the development of automotive welding technology to a new stage.The rear floor of car is an important part of the entire lower body and plays a crucial role in the strength and load carrying capacity of the entire body.This article takes the rear floor of a car as the research object,combines the rear floor welding process,structural characteristics,and the sequence of the upper and lower parts of the car to divide the rear floor welding line into three production lines,They are: rear floor assembly line,rear floor subassembly assembly welding line I,rear floor subassembly assembly welding line II;Calculate the production cycle of welding line according to the production plan,according to the rhythm of reasonable work station setting,process allocation,production resource allocation,put forward a set of car rear floor welding line planning;And using the software technology of the digital factory platform to complete the design of the tooling equipment for the welding production line,and to simulate and optimize the design scheme;Digital virtual simulation platform was used to build the virtual environment of the entire welding line,adjust the attitude of the welding torch and set the robot path in the virtual environment to avoid the welding interference of the production line,simulate the welding path and the welding process,and monitor the production lines.Production beats ensure the balance of production line production.In the end,the production line designed by the dissertation satisfies the requirements for the actual production of the rear floor of a steam car,which provides a reference value for the welding line design of automobile manufacturers.
