Research On Parking Problems And Countermeasures Of Urban Residential District

With the rapid development of China’s urbanization, private car is developing at an astonishing speed fast into the life of ordinary household,people’s quality of life is improving constantly. In part of domestic residential district due to estimate the shortage of the development of private cars during planning, lead to private cars produced residential area parking problem when the cars flock in the residential district. For example, private cars parking unordered causes congestion, private cars parking space is insufficient, seriously affected the residents ’normal work and life. How to optimize the residential area parking problem, will become a prerequisite of urban residential district development and planning.This paper is analysis and countermeasure research the series of problem on residential area parking.First of all, it is about the related data collection and present situation investigation of Nanchang city residential area,points out that the main contradictions and problems of the residential area parking, analyzes the reasons.At the same time, based on the use of residential parking demand forecasting method from the present situation investigation,forecasting the residential parking demand. Then puts forward residential area parking layout principles and ways. and summarizes residential parking optimization methods and countermeasures,also combining the related influence factors,analysis of the choice of adaptability of the residential area parking optimization way.Optimization of parking is to solve the parking problem and create a suitable living environment, this article expound from the economic applicability of parking, parking optimization and dynamic traffic, parking optimization and residential area landscape greening, etc.Finally to the verification of actual case, and put forward the corresponding optimization model,then the theory and practice method is verified and sublimated. This article trys to use Nanchang city as an example, provides a set of practical theory method to other cities of the same type facing the same problem.
