With the continuous improvement of people's living standard,the change of the travel mode and the rapid development of the automobile industry,the demand for parking facilities is increasing.As the important part of the urban parking,the parking lot of the building meets the parking demand of about 85% of the urban vehicle,and takes the responsibility of solving the problem of urban parking.On the other hand,with the rapid development of urban land intensive use and land function diversification,more and more urban complex emerges.Because of the difference of the demand time of the different functions of the peak parking demand,as well as the acquisition of a plurality of functional land sites to produce only one parking demand,the total parking demand of the urban complex can be reduced properly.But at present our country city complex calculation method of parking demand forecasting is mainly the parking demand in each city comprehensive land required for the overlay,ignore the city complex space sharing advantages,make parking rationing made too high,low land utilization rate.The individual nature of land use planning and city complex parking survey,through regression analysis,to obtain a variety of properties for the parking generation rate;from the analysis of the characteristics of traveler parking,parking facilities,vehicle parking characteristics of parking demand characteristics of the city complex,summed up the city complex sharing the main influencing factors land used for different functions including parking demand time difference,a city integrated body of land used for different functions and the number of different city complex function with the berth supply form three aspects of access to the same itinerary by Walker;location correction coefficient to express the influence location of parking demand,to express the prediction of the target year parking demand trends in city car ownership and the proportion of public transport.Based on the analysis of the sharing factors,the location conditions and the change of the target parking demand,this paper establishes the parking demand forecasting model of urban complex based on the parking generation rate of different functions.Taking a city complex in Suzhou as an example,the paper analyzes the actual parking demand and verifies the correctness and feasibility of the theory and application research.
