| With the urbanization progress boosting constantly,the urban community construction develops unprecedentedly in China,the construction scale of residence is the largest with the fastest construction speed in the past thirty years,it is the closest building type related to the people’s production and life.The gradually improving life standards of residents make these new urban communities propose some times demands to the relevant surrounding commerce,due to the restriction of demand terminal,policy,development mode,construction level and management level,the existing community commerce and development pattern in China exist lagged to some extents,which can be developed and improved at present with the rapid changes of resident’s demands.With the high-speed development of the relevant Internet industry,the network application popularizes quickly in different fields,and permeates into modern life constantly,the life service application related to the Internet affects resident’s daily life actually largely,some proper advantages revealed by the Internet offer a new perspective to break the limitation of traditional community commerce and improve the future development pattern.This article will start from the interaction between online and offline,through multi-angle research,hope to grasp the trend of current change,and thus form a guiding role for the future development of community business combined with the advantages of the Internet.The article first introduces the background,research purposes,research methods,research framework,research status and development status of community business,and introduces the discussion of the interaction and comparative advantage between online and offline,and finds the entry point for the later data analysis.In order to grasp the changing trend of community business,the author takes the familiar community business of Hefei as the overall research object,Internet related services and traditional offline community business as the research object.Several representative case communities in Hefei City were selected for research,and the corresponding research data were obtained.Based on the obtained data,quantitative comparison studies were conducted at different times and different locations.Mathematical statistics and GIS analysis were used in the process.Correlation analysis and other research methods,extract the associations and changes in the data,and summarize and summarize the impact of network services on different types of community business,and classify and depict the current replacement phenomenon.Finally,combining the various trends that have been summarized with the Internet tooling advantages,we will look into the future development of community business and explore the future development model of community business combined with the Internet.The key point is how to give full play to the comparative advantages of online and offline.The future community business will serve the public better. |
