Study On Landscape Design Of Exterior Space Of Urban Commercial Complex

With the rapid development of economy,society and science and technology,the rapid development of commerce has been promoted,resulting in the emergence of a commercial complex that integrates multiple formats into one with the development of the city.The intensive spatial layout of the urban commercial complex has been improved.The utilization efficiency of land resources in the urban environment area maximizes the investment benefits.The urban commercial complex is a brand-new multi-functional layout business model.Its external space will be more open and more inclusive than traditional commercial areas,and the spatial layout will be flexibly arranged according to people’s actual needs.The urban commercial complex combines a rich commercial atmosphere,a beautiful and attractive space environment,and highly involved and diversified social activities.The format combination ability is significantly stronger than other commercial spaces.While meeting people’s consumption needs,It also provides a place for people to engage in recreational exchanges and entertainment activities.The core characteristic space of the urban commercial complex is an open,multi-functional external space landscape environment.All the landscape elements are skillfully and harmoniously organized to actively guide people to carry out various activities and create a beautiful and attractive external space.In this context,the research content of this article is divided into three parts:The first part is the research foundation and research stage,which mainly discusses the research background and significance,basic concepts,related theoretical research,etc.,on this basis,conducts field research on the external space of the domestic urban commercial complex,and summarizes the current external of the urban commercial complex.The problems in space landscape design are: first,lack of humanized design,second,lack of ecology,third,lack of regionality and cultural connotation,fourth,lack of connection with urban space,and fifth,lack of artistic and interactive landscape environment,Laying the foundation for the subsequent design strategy.The second part is the design strategy stage.Based on the investigation of the domestic urban commercial complex,it proposes the people-oriented landscape design of the external space of the urban commercial complex,the openness and accessibility of public space,the introduction of ecological concepts,and thematicization.The design principles of the place experience,and put forward design strategies for the external space of the urban commercial complex from five aspects of external space,traffic flow,landscape content and nodes,plants,infrastructure,etc.,providing reference for later analysis and optimization.The third part is the practical stage,using questionnaire survey method to survey the users of Xi’an Qujiang Creative Valley,and using observation method to analyze the behavior of the user group,through a combination of two methods to analyze the landscape design of Qujiang Creative Valley,and On this basis,the external space is optimized and improved.It is hoped that it can provide some thoughts and reference for the future spatial landscape design of urban commercial complex.Significance of this article: In terms of theory,further exploring and proposing ideas and methods for the landscape design of the external space of urban commercial complexes.On the other hand,in practical practice,paying attention to the landscape design of the external space of the urban commercial complex can enhance the urban style and humanistic characteristics,create a comfortable and pleasant consumption environment for people,and increase the economic benefits of the complex.
