The tire is an important part of automobile, engineering vehicles, cars and other vehicles, what plays a significant role in the industrial production and the daily life of the people.In recent years, with China’s real estate, transportation construction, the rapid development of energy industry such as mine, put forward higher requirements on the quality of tire, the tire detection device corresponding to the requirements and testing the ability of the requirements of increasingly high.But at present the domestic tire detection device manufacturers basically have no independent design and production capacity, the key components are imported from abroad device. The quality index of the domestic tire testing count’t well adapt to the equipment from aroad.The situation is urgent need to develop a set of detection equipment to tire with the rapid and accurate detection by research institutions.This paper focuses on the radial tire detection system in X-ray detection, proposes the detector scheme and data acquisition system of tire detection;In this paper,by using the desing idea of modularization and hierarchy,aiming at large data system and the multi channel,the system is divided into several independent modules what is deection module,data acquisition module and data transmission module.This design method makes the system have a good flexibility and expansibility,can according to the actual application of the change adapting to the system, so as to avoid the re design of the system,saving resources.In this paper we adopt FPGA chip as the main control chip of the data acquisition and transmission system,DDC232 as the detection module of A/D conversion chip.The main work is divided into two parts,respectively is the hardware circuit design and the software logic design.The hardware design mainly carries on the AD10 platform;software logic design using VHDL language in Quartus2 platform to achieve.The commissioning phase of test data is using the means of the testing software and logic analyzer in ICT research center,effectively completed the system debugging.
