Cost management is the floorboard of the cost accounting, analysis, decision and control in the generate business activities of enterprises. Costs can be reduced and profits can be increased through the development of cost management. So, the cost management is an important symbol to measure the management level of a company.The profits of construction enterprises are gradually being squeezed with the economy transition continue raised labor costs and decreased share of the domestic infrastructure market. It is necessary way to control project costs in order to improve the economic benefits of construction enterprise, obtain the competitive advantage, enhance the competitiveness and pressure resistance of the enterprises. The construction projects which involved a wide range are the labor intensive industries. This means they need the mode of lean cost management to pursued high quality, low cost, high efficiency. Therefore, it is important to guide by lean management theory and to optimize the cost management of construction enterprises.This paper based on the construction project cost management of B Company, disciplines such as construction economics, project management, cost control theory and mathematical statistics are used. Theory and empirical, qualitative and quantitative, comparative and case are combined as the research methods, combining the actual situation of construction enterprises in China. The present situation of project cost management of B Company are introduced, the key control direction of the project cost management at the present stage of the company are found out by using Pareto method. Then some problems are analyzed, the cost management methods and mechanism are not perfect, the project cost control and evaluation systems are not scientific, the project management model is lag and the execution is poor. Guided by the lean cost management idea, the model of project lean cost managements are constructed. In order to promote the level of project cost management of B Construction Company, the optimized countermeasures based on the lean cost management are put forward.The model of project lean cost management of construction enterprise and the countermeasures are studied in this paper. Certain results are achieved through verification. Some references are provided to B Construction Company and the same industry to implement a scientific and effective project cost management, to promote the sustainable development, to transform and upgrade the industry.
