In recent years,The dividend period in the construction industry has slowly faded. The traditional rugged cost management model no longer adapts to the current fiercely competitive environment.Under such circumstances, construction enterprises should make their cost management batter in a lean way according to their own characteristics.Firstly, this thesis describes the current status of construction cost management based on lean thinking at home and abroad, and analyzes the feasibility of applying lean thinking to domestic construction cost management. Then, the second chapter introduces the theory of construction cost management and lean thinking.Besides,The third part describes the current status and existing problems of company A’s F project cost management, and determines the three research objects of F project team building, construction cost management system improvement and F project cost process management. In addition, under the guidance of lean thinking, countermeasures were given to F project team building and construction cost management system improving in qualitative analysis and to cost process management in quantitative analysis. Finally,in order to finds and correct cost control points and non-value-added operations,Chapter 5 analysis the cost data of F project in value engineering method, earned value method, and activities-based cost method. This thesis introduces lean thinking of manufacturing in construction cost management, which can cultivate a project management team with lean thinking, improve the construction cost management system process, excavate cost control goals, and lean non-value-added operations to achieve the purpose of cost control.
