Research On Cost Management Of National Construction Enterprises

Since the reform and opening up,the construction industry has achieved glorious achievements,and earth-shaking changes have taken place throughout the country,showing a new look.However,as the competition in the construction industry has intensified,it has gradually become an over-competitive industry,and corporate profits have been few and far between.At the same time,in the context of the national “One Belt,One Road” strategy,domestic state-owned construction enterprises are not only facing the domestic construction industry.Intense competition is also responsible for the full competition of going out and competing with foreign companies in the same industry.It can be expected that competition in the industry will become increasingly fierce.This puts higher demands on the management of state-owned construction enterprises,and also forces enterprises to continuously improve the cost management methods to obtain more profit margins in the fierce competition.China's state-owned construction enterprises are mostly in the stage of rapid expansion in the previous development process.The consequence of barbaric growth is that the management mode reform within the enterprise is neglected.At present,it is unable to meet the needs under the new situation.The enterprise basic management is weak and the project management level is low.The lack of advanced and effective cost control methods,etc.,have led to high operating costs for a long time.Lean management is one of the most important modes of management in the industrial era.More and more industries and domestic and foreign companies have gradually implemented lean production and achieved good results.However,for the domestic construction industry,the application research of lean management started relatively late,and the research and application of lean management theory in construction enterprises,especially cost management,needs to be launched.On the basis of summarizing the previous research results,this paper puts forward the research background,and determines the research content as “the study of cost management of state-owned construction enterprises-based on the analysis of lean management theory”.The research ideas of the thesis are identified as the "problem asking questions","analysing problems",and "solving problems".The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,based on the basic theory of cost management and the main characteristics and operation modes of state-owned construction enterprises,it is concluded that the cost management of construction enterprises is affected by project cost,systemic,comprehensive,dynamic and irreversible.Further,based on the current situation of cost management of construction enterprises,the problems of current cost management are analyzed separately from the strategic management level,functional organization level and method level.Secondly,in the face of the problems in the cost management of state-owned construction enterprises and the concept of lean management of enterprises,through literature analysis,the factors affecting the cost management of construction enterprises and the factors affecting the effectiveness of lean management practices are analyzed.Manage the indicators of leanness.Finally,based on the cost management problem under the existing model of the construction enterprise and the analysis of the influencing factors of the cost management lean,the construction enterprise lean cost management system is constructed,which is constructed from four dimensions: enterprise strategy,functional organization,method execution and personnel participation.To build a top-down,four-in-one comprehensive management system,and propose a specific management method and management system based on lean management ideas for each dimension,and work together to support the cost management of construction enterprises.
