In practice, a growing number of real estate development enterprises had a lot of problems in the delivery of whole decoration quality. They conflict with buyers even with legal disputes. Delivery work becomes increasingly difficult.This paper chooses Greentown Real Estate Group as the research object, which has a leading quality management and buyers satisfaction in china, especially focus on its fully decorated commercial housing project case studies conducted. Analysis showed that Greentown improves full-decorated apartments’ quality through effective project work interface management, to achieve a concentration of up to 90% once delivery rate.By reading the literature, summarized, and visited a large number of experts and case project leader, as well as with author’s personal experience and experience, the paper put forward the point that, fully decoration work interface management is crucial for delivering quality improvement, and brings forward a positive impact on housing delivery rate.
