After two decades of rapid development, Chinese commodity residential housing development industry has development in prosperity. That benefits from the rapid development of China’s economy and the continuous improvement of the policy regulation, as well as the industry promotion and development. In the past two decades, China’s per capita GDP growth from less than $ 1,000 to $ 6,094 in 2012, the laws, regulations and product standards of the real estate industry are perfected, and commercial housing in product diversity and quality have been effectively develop and improve. Although the rapid development of the industry satisfying the market demand for supplies, what followed are product type homogeneity and quality uneven. In view of the rapid increase of product performance and quality requirements from buyers of the commodity residential house, social needs of the protection of the environment and energy, and the development of industrial upgrading, whole decoration of commercial residential buildings are gradually replace the traditional rough residential buildings, and will become the mainstream of commodity housing supply products in future.However, the quality management of commodity house decorate completely is more complicated than general rough residential building. In practice, a growing number of real estate development enterprises had a lot of problems in the delivery of whole decoration quality. They conflict with buyers even with legal disputes. Delivery work becomes increasingly difficult.This paper chooses Greentown Real Estate Group as the research object, which has a leading quality management and buyers satisfaction in china, especially focus on its fully decorated commercial housing project case studies conducted. Analysis showed that Greentown improves full-decorated apartments’ quality through effective project work interface management, to achieve a concentration of up to 90% once delivery rate.By reading the literature, summarized, and visited a large number of experts and case project leader, as well as with author’s personal experience and experience, the paper put forward the point that, fully decoration work interface management is crucial for delivering quality improvement, and brings forward a positive impact on housing delivery rate. Also Discussion of proposed basic models and methods of commercial residential fully decoration phase interface management, and proposed recommendations to improve and optimize the combination of case problems. This paper also puts forward the basic mode and method of linguistics, and puts forward Suggestions on the improvement and optimization combining with the case problem.The research result of this paper provides a unique project management perspective on quality and delivery management in fully decoration commercial housing project for those enterprises that are standardized in project management and have relatively good ability. It also brings good application value of reference for real estate industry. It is hoped that, through this thesis, the industry raise concerns about the work interface management of fully decoration commercial housing, and combined with the related delivery of quality and target performance management, to stimulate more thinking and exploring research. The research results will also provide valuable reference and help for full decoration delivery quality management in public rental housing.
