Quality Evaluation Research For Home Decoration Project

This paper first,describe the basic theories and methods of quality management and evaluation,such as AHP and fuzzy integrated evaluation method in detail.In the end,the paper introduces the basic theory of engineering quality development.Then we introduce the basic situation of A company and the quality control problems with faceing and from the A company decoration project quality control factors,combined with the use of fuzzy integrated evaluation method,to calculate the two A and B project evaluation scores,and then evaluate the effect of quality control to improve the quality control of refined decoration project.The evaluation program not only improve the quality of the company's evaluation of the contents and the feasibility of the program,but also enhance the quality of the company in the construction phase of the project management level,and enhance the quality of decoration projects,improve enterprise customerssatisfaction.In addition to the normal evaluation of analysis and data evaluation,this paper especially evaluate the process of the advantages and disadvantages of the project,and carried out from the A company's environment friendly as the advantages and quality of service as A company's improvement opportunity.In a company,quality is the life of the enterprise,the quality level of its essence is to seek business quality competitive advantage.In the face of these backgrounds,this paper constructs the quality management evaluation system of the fine decoration project,and uses the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive judgment to find out the evaluation index of the quality factors,It is critical for the company to build products that are of high quality,environment friendly,high customer satisfaction.Therefore,it is important to study the quality evaluation of decoration projects.The main features of this paper are not only the combination of theoretical exposition and practical application,but also the advantages and disadvantages of influencing quality factors,especially for analysis in practical application,so as to maintain the advantage and eliminate disadvantage.This is also the output and the purpose of the quality evaluation.
