| The Baggage Handling System is the core system in every Airport Terminal construction. It will directly determine and impact the Airport Terminal construction project planning. However, due to the disadvantage of lack the efficient management for the Technical Risk Management in the Baggage Handling System project, the Airport Terminal Building cannot be accepted as project timely scheduled and cannot put into the real operation. It bring a huge loss to the Airport. So, it is really necessary and meaningfully to develop the study on project technical risk management for Baggage handling system project.In this paper, via practical application of the baggage handling system at Shenzhen Terminal 3, it adopts brain storm method and experts analysis method to identify the technical risks, then takes the qualitative analysis into account for the different technical risks to distinguish the main technical risks with the relevant direct factors. Finally, through the quantitative analysis with APH(Analytic Hierarchy Process), it calculates by different Matrixes and finalizes the most high technical risk, then adopts the suitable management methods and efficient risk response to keep the project execution in low risk and guarantee the project execution in fully control. |
