Cement emulsified asphalt concrete rapid repairing material(CAC rapid repairing material for short) is Semi-Flexible material prepared by cement, asphalt emulsion, coarse and fine aggregate and admixture etc. It has both concrete and asphalt mixture’s advantage and broad application prospects as a new asphalt pavement repair material. Mainly, aiming at the problems of asphalt pavement pothole repairing process(such as low early strength, can’t timely open to traffic, prone to secondary diseases, etc.), at the basis of referring to massive literature and combining the results of preliminary tests, this paper studies the CAC rapid repairing material is designed about compose and design, and is used in the substantial project. The main research results are as follows.This paper firstly studied the breaking emulsion forming film mechanism of emulsified asphalt. The process is divided into three stages and the breaking emulsion forming film has a certain mechanical properties, which plays a huge role for CAC rapid repairing material’s strength; Elaborating CAC rapid repairing hardening mechanism and the material strength forming mechanism; By studying the suitable between raw materials, this paper selected excellent raw materials for CAC rapid repairing material; Comprehensive considering cement, emulsified asphalt’s effect on splitting strength, residual stability, porosity etc., this paper determined the optimum cement material amount and optimum emulsified asphalt amount, while studied the relation among optimum cement material amount, optimum emulsified asphalt amount and sand amount, water amount, determining the optimum cement-sand ratio and water amount; To obtain aggregate for improving CAC rapid repairing material’s properties, this paper studied the kind of aggregates and gradation’s effect on CAC rapid repairing material; By controlling slump and compressive strength, this paper obtained the optimum blending amount of admixture.Secondly, this paper studied the CAC rapid repairing material’s mechanical properties by experimental research including compressive strength, flexural strength and modulus of elasticity. Analyzing the variation law and determing the initial mixing ratio to obtain high early strength, high deformability CAC rapid repairing material.Then, this paper studied different mixing ratio CAC rapid repairing material’s effect on durability properties. Low temperature performance and freeze-thaw performance of CAC rapid repairing material were tested and analyzed. The result shows CAC rapid repairing material has good low temperature performance and freeze-thaw performance with suitable mixing ratio.Again, at the optimum mixing ratio, CAC rapid repairing material’s APA high temperature and fatigue properties were tested. The result shows CAC rapid repairing material has good high temperature performance. CAC rapid repairing material was unbroken at the function of 1.1MPa and 50,000 loading times, which shows it has good fatigue resistance.Finally, the optimum mixture ratio of CAC rapid repairing material was used in entity engineering. Proposing site construction technology, and later application effect was followed to observe.The result shows CAC rapid repair material’s application results are obvious.
