Research On Project Schedule Management For Comprehensive Building Of Weifang University Of Science And Technology

In construction project management, progress control, investment control and quality control are the three major objectives of construction control. Schedule control can be regarded as the core of construction process. Today the scope of construction is becoming lager and construction technology is also becoming more and more complex, so formulate scientific and reasonable schedule is the premise to ensure the project quality and quantity. Formulate a scientific schedule can be avoid questionable quality which is due to improper construction schedule in time terminal.This paper chooses Weifang University of science and technology building as the research object, using the research project schedule planning and control in engineering practice. Comprehensive building of Weifang University of science and technology, building area of 38000 square meters, construction period requirement is relatively tight, and meet the requirements of multi-functional teaching. The construction projects involving a wide range of research, many influence factors, so it is necessary to Institute of technology of Weifang comprehensive building of project schedule management and control. Based on the modern project management theory, the paper analyzes the actual situation of comprehensive building projects by using project management knowledge, and systematic studies of the application of project progress plan and control principle and method in building construction process.This paper is divided into four parts:the first part introduces the research background, purpose and significance and the domestic and foreign research, at the same time, the content and methods of this research are introduced too. The second part introduces the related theory of project schedule management including the management theory of schedule management theory and project schedule control project, the second part also introduces the project schedule plan step, schedule optimization, control and project schedule control methods, approaches and measures. The third part introduces situation, function and characteristics of comprehensive building project, defines the scope of the project, the project decomposition, the working time and working relationship. Finally the paper works out the comprehensive building construction project schedule. The fourth part introduces the implementation and control of schedule plan, the progress control measures to guarantee the process, types and methods and ensure the progress of the implementation, how to achieve effective monitoring have also been the focus of the introduction of schedule. In the last part of the thesis on the control and implementation of the scheduling problems are summarized and prospected the next step.The research object of this thesis choose the construction project, the paper also introduces the characteristics of college building. The traits of the construction itself, especially in the project construction process should give full consideration to the management system of the college, in the course of the study also put forward the operational methods of college construction project management, which can be a reference for the other colleges and universities in the construction of similar projects.
