For a long time,as a major artery of national economic development,railway plays an important role in transporting goods,transporting passengers,storing,producing and marketing,and stimulating domestic demand.In recent years,the state has been increasing the investment in infrastructure construction,among which accelerating the construction of railway network is one of the important contents.Most of the current railway projects continue the "extensive" and "empirical" management mode,and there are deficiencies and risks in the aspects of construction cost,schedule,safety and quality.In the new market environment,it has become an important topic in the field of railway construction to learn from the management research results of other fields,reform and innovate the traditional railway project construction management mode,and explore the refined management of railway project,so as to achieve high-quality construction and development.In this paper,A northeast railway engineering project as an example,from the fine management of related theory and the main development course of combining the actual situation of this project,the integrated use of literature research,investigation research method,quantitative analysis,case analysis,etc.,for the characteristics of the project and the current situation of management system analysis,scheme and implementation project of fine management guarantee measures are put forward.This paper first introduces the research background and significance,main research contents,research methods and routes,and research innovation points of the refined management of A project of Northeast Railway.Secondly,the basic concept,basic theory and research status at home and abroad of project fine management are reviewed.Third,A project for China railway H company management status are analyzed,and find the human resources,material,contract,cost,schedule and safety problems of quality management,and on the above reasons,respectively from found insufficient ability,solve problems timely,standard consciousness lack,lack of construction organization,job evaluation is not timely,the respect such as extensive cost management are analyzed;Then on this basis,according to the status and characteristics of railway project construction,the guiding ideology and basic principle of fine management,to build A model for the fine management of project,including the construction of the management organization structure,management,the division of responsibilities and management process Settings,such as the division of the manage phase,at the same time,according to existing problems and improvethe management goal has carried on the fine management scheme design;Finally,the paper puts forward some Suggestions for the implementation of the refined management scheme of A project.Through the study of this paper,it provides reference and basis for the refinement management of A project of China Railway H Company,and also has certain enlightenment and guiding significance for the implementation of refinement management of other railway projects.
