The Study On Cost Refinement Management Of The Engineering Project Of THJ Company Based On Value Engineering Theory

In recent years,with the rapid development of the economy,the needs of national infrastructure and transportation have grown.The construction enterprises in China are booming,and gradually become the main support of the national economic development.The state-owned construction enterprises occupy the leading position in the construction field.However,with the development of market economy,the development of state-owned construction enterprises is restricted by the extensive model of cost management.State owned enterprises often have more traditional management and management modes,which lack the cost and meticulous management mode of thinking,which makes state-owned enterprises generally have the contradiction between huge turnover and low profit,which is contrary to the competition relationship between enterprises under the market economy system.Based on the cost management of THJ company,this paper analyzes the problem of extensive management in the cost management of dredging projects in state-owned enterprises.Through the analysis and research,it is found that the problems of cost management in THJ company mainly focus on the ship equipment,material spare parts and human resources.Aiming at the problems existing in cost management,THJ company's related measures to enhance cost fine management include:information-based total factor cost management,establishment of management and control team,promotion of staff coordination and formulation of cost fine management system and process.The Weifang project is an important pilot project cost reform of THJ company,the traditional management mode of a bid of the extension project,fine management mode with two section of Engineering cost.Next,we use the value engineering method to compare the cost management effect of one bid section and two bid section,and verify the effectiveness of THJ company's implementation of cost fine management for Weifang project.By verifying the effective method of the fine management of project cost,we put forward an effective way to reduce the cost of state-owned dredging enterprises,so as to achieve the purpose of improving enterprise profits and strengthening the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper suggests improving the project cost management mode of state-owned construction enterprises,combining the fine cost management system with engineering construction,changing the extensive cost management mode to fine management,so that we can achieve new development under the severe market situation.
