Research On Refined Cost Management Of Hechuan-Changshu Expressway In Chongqing Construction Project

With the development of social economy,improving the work efficiency and controlling the construction cost in the construction process of the construction project has become the primary work focus of each construction unit.The balance control of quality and progress has become the key point to ensure the enterprise's own advantages.the competition between enterprises is the competition between costs.Traditional cost management concept has been difficult to keep up with the pace of rapid development,the construction project cost refinement management theory is more and more sought after by the construction unit,using the cost refinement theory,become the construction enterprise in the project implementation management to ensure the construction quality and the pursuit of economic benefits effective way.This paper takes Chongqing Hechuan-Changshu expressway project as the main research object,summarizes the cost management of the completed construction stage at present,finds out the problem link,and puts forward the scheme design of the refined cost management under the guidance of the refined cost management theory.Through the specific implementation of the scheme,the important role of cost fine management is brought into play,and the project progress and efficient production are ensured.The assessment process of cost refinement mainly uses earned value method to analyze the construction cost and progress of the project.Through the analysis of the construction cost management and the progress of the project in the implementation stage of the project,find out the construction project schedule and schedule,the actual cost and schedule cost is not consistent with the reason.According to the factors affecting the improvement,and puts forward the corresponding corrective measures,through the rectification results to verify the fine management of the important role of the project.It is hoped that through the case of improvement of the project in this paper,some reference suggestions are put forward for the fine cost management of other construction projects.
