Research On The Quality Management Of Yuexiu Xinghuilanwan Project

The building quality is not only related to the life and property safety of thousands of households, but also related to the sustained and healthy development of the social economy of the whole country.Project quality management is an eternal topic in the process of engineering construction. To make the quality of construction project get effective guarantee, real estate enterprises must strengthen the project quality management, which improve their competitiveness in real estate market. Adopt advanced quality management methods, improve construction project management level and construction quality, is the need for enterprise development strategy. So, study the quality management of construction enterprises has the important practical significance.This paper expounds the basic theory of engineering project quality management, analysis and research on the quality management of scientific and reasonable method, through the collection of domestic and international literatures. With Yuexiu Xinghuilanwan real estate projects, we present the comprehensive application of quality management theory, and the in-depth analysis of how to take the construction of scientific and effective quality management methods. This paper first summarized the research domestic and abroad theory of quality management, puts forward the research content, research methods and innovation mechanism, and then deeply analyzes how to adopt scientific and effective quality management methods to guide the project construction. Through the use of economics, management science, engineering and other disciplines related knowledge, and the empirical analysis, this paper finally find out the effective way to explore and improve the quality management of the project, which establishes a set of scientific and perfect quality management system for Yuexiu Xinghuilanwan project, makes a more effective, standardized and scientific way for the project development.The research results show that by adopting the scientific and effective quality management methods to control and guide the construction process, all functional activities have been implemented according to the original quality requirements and objectives with Yuexiu Xinghuilanwan project, also achieved the quality effect and summed up a set of suitable quality management system for the project. This paper also made the example analysis of quality control method on the Yuexiu Xinghuilanwan project, which has important guiding significance to the research on the real estate enterprises to carry out quality management in the project construction process, so as to effectively improve the project quality and market competitiveness of the real estate enterprises.
