Abstract/Summary:
With the development of Smart Grid, and as well as advances in Network Communication Technology and Substation Automation Technology, the non-attended substation has become the trend of intelligent substation construction. The linkage between remote video information and environment information, as well as information exchange between integrated automation systems and video surveillance system, is the basis for non-attended substation and the core of intelligentize substation auxiliary monitoring system. But at present, there are many different communication protocols of Auxiliary Monitor and Control System, having distinctive linkage implementation. With the gradual expansion of Smart Grid, it is becoming more and more complex to implement the linkage, and is lack of effective methods for testing the process and result of video linkage. Therefore, it has extremely strong practical significance and application value to carry out the research on testing the linkage of Auxiliary Monitor and Control System, including internal and with other subsystems.This thesis adopts event simulation and protocol simulation, based on alarm events push mode, IEC60870-5-104 telecontrol protocol, SIP protocol, event injection technology, XML parsing technology and network programming technology to realize the video linkage testing in the platform of Visual Studio 2010 with C++ language. The main work is as follows:1) It illustrates the significance of the implementation of the linkage testing of Auxiliary Monitor and Control System. Via analyzing the linkage structure of existing Auxiliary Monitor and Control System, IEC60870-5-104 telecontrol protocol, and Q/GDW 517.1-2010 protocol “Grid Video Surveillance System and Interfaces – Part 1:Technical requirements” are studied while they are both wildly used in present linkage systems.2) For the implementation situation of auxiliary system linkage, a simulation testing method is proposed. And an overall testing architecture, which is the combination of linkage protocol testing and linkage function testing, is designed by studying the technology of event injection and sequential control.3) According to the simulation testing method, and based on the study of the linkage protocol, using interface testing and fault tolerance testing, this paper implements the IEC60870-5-104 telecontrol protocol testing and the interface protocol B testing of Grid Video Supervisory and Control System, respectively from the positive protocol interoperability testing and reverse fault tolerance testing.4) On the basis of protocol testing, this paper sets up an alarm event simulation library, and implements event injection by designing an alarm event trigger process using the method of sequential control. Using XML parsing technology to extract feedback information of packets and analysis the linkage’s efficiency and accuracy, it accomplishes the linkage testing verification.5) Though testing with mainstream manufacturers, the accuracy of testing method and the stability of testing system is verified. The implementation of linkage testing has good practical value for intelligent unmanned substation auxiliary monitoring system construction.
