With the rapid development of natural gas industry and the strengthening of environmental protection consciousness, especial increasingly phenomenon of fog is becoming more and more serious in our country at present, The clean energy become more and more attention. Natural gas as a clean fuel, has the advantages of environmental protection and economic benefits. The CNG gas station construction technology has matured, but the Safety problems also not allow to ignore. The main equipment of the station including desulfurization, dehydration unit, compressor, gas storage, filling machine; they all mainly belong to the station control system and system optimization, to ensure safe and reliable operation of the gas filling equipment, produce great economic benefits.First of all, Survey and research the domestic CNG stations running status and the development process.Secondly, this thesis analyzes the CNG stations linkage control technology, network, security early warning requirements. studied the working principle of main equipment and control method of the CNG stations network linkage control system, combustible gas detection warning system.On this basis,Build the CNG stations linkage alarm control system. With Siemens S7-300 PLC as the core,designed the pipe network pressure and flow rate,temperature detection and linkage control equipment.Increased difficulties of CNG sites scattered,therefore,strengthen the CNG stations combustible gas leak detection and location of study is very necessary.Zig Bee is a kind of close,low complexity and low power consumption,can satisfy the small cheap equipment wireless networking and control.Through the reasonable arrangement of wireless sensor nodes, the container of gas leak positioning.Finally in order to guarantee the safe operation of CNG stations,combustible gas detection method and PLC and flammable alarm control system communication protocols is studied,designs the combustible gas alarm control system based on AEC2301 a.Design CNG stations monitoring interface based on kingview, combustible gas monitoring and alarm record interface.Design can meet the network control of CNG stations and equipment control.Combustible gas detection and safety early warning and guarantee the safe operation of the CNG stations.
