The train doors and PSD are direct contact system equipment as passengers, the linkage failure occurred frequency and complexly, as a result, the linkage failure influence the normal operating order and safety of the metro seriously. This paper discussed a linkage monitoring system of a train door and platform screen door based on fault classification and alarm mechanism, the system can realize real-time monitoring and emergency operations of the train door and PSD linkage, the system also set a linkage mechanism,which effectively improves the efficiency of linkage fault alarm and fault handling.First, this paper introduced the train doors system and PSD system with its linkage control, the train doors and PSD linkage fault tree was established and obtained the comprehensive analysis of linkage fault, which drawn DCU of PSD, drive nut and lock switches and other effects key components of the linkage system..Then, according to the metro field investigation and the linkage control theory study with linkage fault analysis results based on FTA, which carried out the linkage control system overall scheme design and specific system function design,at a same time,improving the linkage control mode of the train doors and PSD and setting manual operation control region in monitoring screen, which has the difference with the traditional "only supervisor and no control" the way of monitoring and realizing emergency operation control after fault alarm.Based on the theory of multilevel fuzzy synthetic evaluation, the linkage fault classification alarm model was set up, the linkage fault was classified as different level.Putting forward a kind of mechanism of fault classification alarm which can report to relevant personnel according to the level of alarm and prompt emergency action plan. the mechanism strengthen the linkage fault alarm and fault handling efficiency.Finally, the linkage control system was carried out on the mechanism of fault classification alarm test, the test results showed that the mechanism is feasible and has high engineering application value; Based on the experimental simulation platform, the timesequence of the linkage between the train door and PSD was tested and the test data was analyzed to get the best the train door opening delay and the best PSD closing delay.
