The Software Development For The Safety Assessment And Disaster Prevention Regulations Retrieval Of The Car Production

There exist all kinds of risk factors in the car production process. These factors are not only likely to cause serious incidents but also threats to workers’health. As a effective method to prevent the incidents, safety assessment can identify and evaluate the risk factors of the production unite. According to the evaluation result, solving measures can be put forward and the possibility of the accident can be reduced. This paper develops a set of evaluation system about the safety of the car production. The main work and conclusions are as followings:(1) Collect the national regulations, local regulations and industry standards which are associated with the car production and making the regulation management and retrieval software system that can provide convenience for users. These regulations can provide basis for the standardization, standardization management of the manufacturing and reduce the accidents as more as possible.(2 According to the characteristics of the automobile production sites and the scope of safety evaluation methods, this paper choose mond to develop a safety assessment software about car production process which can predict the danger caused by the risk factors of the car production workplace. On the basis of the evaluation results, put forward the corresponding safety measures which can reduce the possibility of safety accidents.(3) On account of occupational hazards of the car production workplace, such as poison, dust, noise and so on, this software system designs the occupational health evaluation module which includes single and multiple occupational hazard evaluation. Users can identify whether the factors are over limits and take effective measures to control the amounts of the occupational hazards by the evaluation results to ensure the workers’occupational health.(4) Developing the software under the language of Visual Basic 6.0 which has the advantages of high efficiency and easy to use, establishing database connection with access 2007 for date call, storage and other functions. The system has the features of friendly interface and simple operation. Users only need to input the necessary information according to the system prompts to complete the evaluation work.
