Industrial accidents caused by the complexity of the production process,the risk of equipment and technology,illegal operation,mismanagement and other factors frequently occured in the field of automobile manufacturing.It is useful for the prevention of accidents to find out the hazards sources and conduct safety evaluation by proper safety evaluation methods.However,there are few safety evaluation softwares for automobile production process,and the evaluation method is limited,the scope is narrow.This paper combining the safety evaluation and computer technology,aims at developing a safety evaluation software which is suitable for the automobile production process.The main works of this paper are conducted as followings:Firstly,focusing on the process of casting,punching,coating,assembly and the cases of manufacturing accident in the past five years,the hazards in automobile production process are minutely analyzed and series of safety check lists which are necessary for the safety inspection and accident prevention are compiled.Applications and characteristics of different safety evaluation methods(safety check list,chemical method,ICI Mond method et.al)are studied in order to select the proper methods for different automobile processes.Secondly,massive national and local standards,which include casting,punching,coating,the prevention of fire and explosion,the use of hazardous chemicals and other aspects are collected and arranged.It is compiled by Easy Chm software and embedded into the software with the form of e-books.Then taking the spraying chamber's electrostatic grounding requirements of one enterprise's checklist for example,use key words to search and reflect the efficiency and accuracy of this system;Thirdly,the safety evaluation software for conducting safety evaluation for automobile production process is developed in C# advanced programming language based on Visual Studio 2010 platform and SQL Server 2008 database technology,including safety check list,Dow Chemical and Mond method and so on.The software which contains standard and accident retrieval system,hazard identification system,strong physical database,check table database and employee training database,can not only realize the safety evaluation of the automobile production process and the automatic identification of hazards,but also can improve the overall technical level of employees by regularly testing.Finally,safety evaluations are carried out by the software.The comparison between results of the software and reference data verifies the accuracy of the software.Then the software is used for conducting safety evaluation for the coating process by proper methods,which consists of plant layout,equipment protection,process planning,drying unit and other aspects.The evaluation results play a guiding role for ensuring timely solution of hazards.
