Analysis on occupational health examination of workers in equipment manufacturing industry in liaoning province from 2013 to 2015 Liaoning province is one of the important old industrial bases in China and one of the most comprehensive provinces in China’s industrial industry. With the strong support from the state to the old industrial base in northeast China, the equipment manufacturing industry in liaoning province has been greatly developed in recent years on the basis of the original industry, and new industries have been flooding into the market. The development of various industries,is bound to bring a new situation of the prevention and treatment of occupational hazard factors,in addition, with the development of science and technology, there are some new material used in great quantities, such as nano materials, etc.,these changes, puts forward a new challenge for the occupational disease prevention and control work, the important measures for secondary prevention of occupational health and occupational health examination work is particularly important. Objective:This study aims to through to the occupational disease prevention and control institute of liaoning province equipment manufacturing industry from 2013 to 2015 collected data part of the occupational health examination, understand nearly three years in the equipment manufacturing industry in liaoning province to check the status of occupational health, health examination results, comparative analysis of three years for the development of the regional and industry situation of occupational health regulations, rules and standards, also for our province to develop new occupational disease prevention and control planning provides reference for five years. At the same time, this paper analyzes and describes the influence of occupational disease hazards on workers’ health, and puts forward some preventive measures. Methods:Liaoning occupational disease prevention and treatment institute was selected to conduct occupational health examination for employees of enterprises and institutions in the equipment manufacturing industry from 2013 to 2015.The number of people who are engaged in contact with a certain type of hazard factor shall be >100.The occupational health inspection items involving occupational hazards are required before, during and after work as required in the occupational health supervision technical specification(gbz188-2014).Using the method of retrospective investigation and research, the physical examination data were exported from the medical examination software system to the EXCLE table, and the data were summarized, classified and sorted under the EXCLE table.(1)summarized the occupational health inspection data of equipment manufacturing industry from 2013 to 2015,and calculated the type composition ratio of occupational hazards and the population composition ratio of occupational hazards in each year.(2)each year,on-the-job period, before taking up their posts at the time of the occupational health examination ZhengChangLv,occupational health examination rate, review of the occupational health examination professional contraindicated detection rate and other abnormal disease detection and suspected occupational disease detection rate, occupational disease detection.(3)comparison of occupational health examination results between different years.(4)the main types of occupational-disease-inductive factors were divided into the age,age and gender of the occupationaldisease-inductive factors, and the detection rate of the target diseases was compared among the groups.EXCLE was used to establish a database,spss24.0 statistical software was used for analysis, and chi square test was used for the comparison between data groups.P value was determined under the condition of q =0.05 test level, and P<0.05 was considered as a statistically significant difference. Results: 1.2013-2015 equipment manufacturing industry occupational health monitoring overview(1)in 2013,there were a total of 1,0046 medical checkups and 186 occupational health inspection service enterprises, covering 8 cities in the province.Among them, there were 26 enterprises in equipment manufacturing, accounting for 13.9%.Equipment manufacturing industry,a total of 2013 medical 2013 people, the occupational-disease-inductive factors respectively class contains the dust and harmful chemical plant-based,physical factors, special operations 4 major categories, constituent ratio 43.3%,20.9%,16.8%,43.3%,and the mixed duty class assignments(dust, vibration),accounting for 4%.More people are exposed to productive dust and harmful chemicals.Among them, the hazardous chemicals including sulfur dioxide three methyl nitrate, benzene, toluene, nitroglycerin, four kinds of occupational-disease-inductive factors, sulfur dioxide, benzene, contact TNT,the crowd of nitroglycerin respectively accounted for 34.4% of harmful chemicals,24.3%,21.2%,20.0%.(2)in 2014,a total of 14694 people underwent physical examination,126 service enterprises, and a total of 7 cities throughout the province, including 37 equipment manufacturing enterprises, accounting for 29.3% of the total.Equipment manufacturing industry,a total of 2014 medical 2014 people, the occupationaldisease-inductive factors respectively containing dust, physical factors,4 categories of harmful chemical plant-based,special operations, constituent ratio is in turn 47.9%,19.6%,16.8%,19.6%,and the mixed duty class assignments(dust, noise),accounting for 7.5%.More people are exposed to productive dust and physical factors.Among them, the harmful chemicals only include sulfur dioxide and benzene, and the people exposed to sulfur dioxide and benzene respectively account for 52.1% of the harmful chemicals,47.9%.(3)in 2015,there were a total of 11,367 people undergoing physical examination,186 service enterprises, and a total of 7 cities in the province. There were 25 enterprises in the equipment manufacturing industry, accounting for 13.44%.Equipment manufacturing industry,a total of 2015 medical 2015 people, the occupational-disease-inductive factors containing the productive dust, special operations, physical factors, composition ratio is in turn 61.6%,19.5%,13.5%,19.5%,and the mixed duty class assignments, accounting for 13.5%.More people are exposed to productive dust.Among them, mixed post operation includes noise, dust, noise, toluene and xylene, two kinds of mixed occupational-disease-inductive factors, respectively accounting for 63.5% and 36.5% of the contact population.2.2013-2015 occupational health examination results of equipment manufacturing industry(1)in 2013,the total rate of re-examination and re-examination was 1.8%;The detection rate of occupational taboo certificate was 0.48%.Other diseases or abnormal detection rate 38.2%;The normal rate is 59.5%,and there is no doubt that the occupational disease report is in 2013.The most productive dust workforce, but the target disease detection rate is only 0.1%,industrial dust target disease detection rate with harmful chemicals, special operations, physical factors, compared to other types of occupational-disease-inductive factors, differences were statistically significant.(2)in 2014,the total rate of re-examination and re-examination in the occupational health examination of this industry was 2.0% and 0.3% respectively.Other diseases or abnormal detection rate 39.7%;The normal rate was 58.0%.In addition, the industry reported 4 cases of suspected occupational diseases in 2014,with detection rate of 0.1%.In 2014,engaged in special operations personnel quantity is relatively small, but the target disease detection rate was 11.4%,with industrial dust and harmful chemicals, other types of occupationaldisease-inductive factors, differences were statistically significant.(3)in 2015,the total rate of re-examination and re-examination was 1.80%;The detection rate of occupational taboo certificate was 0.49%.Other diseases or abnormal detection rate 86.23%;The normal rate is 11.4%,one case of suspected occupational disease was reported in 2015,and the detection rate is 0.0%.Contact with other types of occupational-disease-inductive factors and physical factors personnel number is relatively small, but the two goals disease detection rate of 8.6%,6.7%,other types of occupational-disease-inductive factors with the productive dust, special operations target disease detection rate was statistically significant, compared the physical factors with special operations, the productive dust compared target disease detection rate difference was statistically significant.3.Comparison of occupational health examination results of manufacturing enterprises(1)the re-examination rate of occupational health examination before starting work in manufacturing enterprises was P>0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant. There was a statistically significant difference in the detection rate of occupational taboos from 2013 to 2015,and there was a statistically significant difference in the detection rate of other diseases or abnormalities before the occupational health examination from 2013 to 2015.(2)the detection rate of occupational taboo certificate of occupational health inspection in manufacturing enterprises during the period of duty is 0.0708,P=0.702>0.05,and the difference is not statistically significant. In 2013-2015,the detection rate of other diseases or abnormalities was as follows: 1543.416,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant. The detection rate of suspected occupational diseases in 2013-2015 was P>0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant.4.Comparison of targeted disease detection among workers of different working age,age and gender(1)dust exposure workers were divided into four groups according to their working age,and there was no statistically significant difference between the detection rate of target diseases of dust exposure workers and their working age(P=0.108).There was no statistically significant difference between the detection rate of target diseases and the age of employees exposed to dust(P>0.05).The detection rate of diseases of different genders in dust operators is of statistical significance(P<0.05).(2)contact noise operation workers, according to the length of service is divided into three groups, length of service > 10 years compared with length of service for 6-10 years(P < 0.05)and length of 5 years or less than(P < 0.05),the difference had statistical significance.Contact noise operators are divided into three groups according to age,and the age of above 45 is higher than that of 18-30 years old(P < 0.05)and the age of 30-45 years old(P < 0.05),all of which have statistical significance. There was no statistical significance in the detection rate of different sex target diseases among the exposed workers.(P < 0.05)(3)there is no statistically significant difference in the detection rate of diseases among the motor vehicle drivers of different working ages according to the working age of the two groups(P >0.05).According to the age of the employees, the detection rate of the target diseases aged 18-30 years old and over 30 years old is statistically significant(it can be concluded that P < 0.05).There was no statistical significance(P >0.05)in the detection rate of disease among drivers of different genders exposed to professional motor vehicles.Conclusion:1.From 2013 to 2015,dust was the primary occupational-disease-inductive factor in the equipment manufacturing industry.Toxic chemicals, physical factors and special operations were also common occupational-disease-inductive factors.2.From 2013 to 2015,the equipment manufacturing industry mainly carried out occupational health inspection during the service period, and the number of occupational health inspection before and after the service was small. Most workers are exposed to productive dust, but the detection rate of target diseases is low. There are fewer people exposed to physical factors, special operations and other occupational-disease-inductive factors, but the detection rate of target diseases is relatively high.3.There was no significant change in the rate of re-examination and detection of occupational health examination results of manufacturing enterprises before they started to work, and there was a change in the rate of detection of occupational taboo certificates, which increased in 2015 compared with 2013.The rate of other diseases or abnormal detection in the occupational health examination results of manufacturing enterprises changed during the working period, which increased significantly in 2015.4.in 2014,the target disease detection rate of the personnel engaged in dust exposure in the equipment manufacturing industry was unrelated to the working age and age,but related to gender. The detection rate of target diseases of people engaged in exposure to noise is related to the working age of > for 10 years and the age of over 45 years, regardless of gender. The target disease detection rate of people engaged in contact with professional motor vehicle drivers is related to age,not to age and gender.
