Research And Application On Mechanized Construction Of Civil Engineering In Power Transformer Substation

With the sustained and stable development of China’s economy, electric power constructions, such as the overhead lines, transformer substations, city’s cable tunnel, have been achieved rapid development. Civil Construction is the foundation of electrical installation engineering, and mechanized civil construction plays more and more important role in electric power transmission engineering. The overall-process mechanized construction is a new mode of engineering construction. How to scientifically carry out mechanized construction is an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper, 220 k V line whole-process mechanized construction engineering from Gaobeidian South to Baiyangdian traction is chosen as research object. The civil construction process is formulated according to the practical project, and the construction design methods for different working process are studied. Then, the machine layout, assembly and their applications are analyzed according to working process. Furthermore, the excavation foundation construction with the rotary drilling rig and the excavating trench with chain trencher are discussed. Aiming to the rotary drilling rig, the comprehensive benefits are calculated in the overall-process by collecting some useful data, which is also compared with convention drilling machines. The rotary drilling rig has more advantages in the aspects of economic, efficiency and environment. Finally, some problems during the process of the foundation mechanized construction are put forward and the improved direction and measures are also provided.The whole-process mechanized civil construction can improve the efficiency and decrease the quantity of labour force. The research conclusions in the paper can provide certain references for the correlation field of construction engineering in power transformer substation.
