Evaluation Of Whole Process Cost Control Ability Of Intelligent Substation Civil Engineering Construction

Intelligent power transmission substation civil works is an important part of the project,due to the large number of projects involving links more complex projects and factors,its costs are normally difficult to be precisely controlled.Investment estimation each stage in the city power company under the jurisdiction of the substation project,the development planning department and by the Research Project is responsible and the preparation of preliminary design budgetary estimate,the construction unit responsible for the construction drawing budget and final account of the project management unit is responsible for the completion preparation of accounts between the various departments.it sometimes cannot communicate effectively,and often exceed the proposed budget estimates,budget over budget estimates,the settlement over the contract price.Therefore,the project cost control is often only for a period of a few or links control,while ignoring the other aspects.This paper proposes a full evaluation process of cost control ideas,hoping to project cost management and control work throughout the entire process of project construction.In this paper,intelligent substation civil works the whole process of cost control evaluation is studied,First,it analyzes the cost control points,from project decision-making and feasibility study stage,the design and bidding phase,construction stage and the final acceptance and summary evaluation stage the whole process of analysis and provides the basis for analysis.Then an evaluation system is built and fuzzy AHP is considered as the evaluation method of intelligent substation,Ultimately based on the actual situation Binzhou Dongzhang smart substation civil works,carried out before the project profile,then on the basis of the above index system,using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process index scores were assigned,given Binzhou East Zhang intelligent substation civil works of the evaluation results,the final results are given for the evaluation of the relevant conclusions and recommendations.
