In recent years, with the rapid development of the grid, as well as grid technology advances, integratedconstructionof power grid system are facing more updated requirements. Contact between the dispatch agencies at all levels is being more closely, requiring more for schedule level. The safe operation ofpowergrid relates tonational security, social stability,economic development and people’s lives. Electrical power dispatching organization is the command and control center of grid operation, and the key to safe and stable operation of thegrid. State Grid Corporation issued"Commentson comprehensively promoting the construction of thelarge power operation system " in 2012, whichmentioned the proposed co-ordination "control integration" and "scheduling integration", called for strengthening the integratedconstruction of city-county dispatch, to meet the large operation systemrequirements.Currently,theautomation systemsof Langfang city-county dispatchare building independent, difficult to meet the requirementsof scheduling integration and regulatoryintegration. Thus to adapt to the large run-building, improve the power grid scheduling information integration, automation, interactive level, and promote the standardization of grid scheduling technology support system construction, the integratedtechnologysupport system of city-countydispatch is urgentto construct, to provide the real-time monitoring and controlof entire Langfanggrid substationsin the level of 220 kV and below.By analyzing theintegrated system management and construction model ofLangfang city-county dispatch, combined with the actual situation ofLangfang grid, a scientific, rational and efficient scheme of integrated technology support system of Langfangcity-county dispatch is proposed. The scheme analyzedkey issues of the integrated technology support system, applied the relevant basic theory to practical problems, making positive exploration for city-county dispatch management system. Meanwhile, the integrated dispatch model will provide instructionsfor gridenterprises to develop and utilize the smart grid scheduling technology, so as to extend the service area.
