High-tech industrial development zones are the spatial carriers for the transformation of high-tech industrialisation in China.Based on the strategic background of "new urbanisation","territorial spatial planning" and "industrial transformation and upgrading",high-tech zones are required to make adjustments in their development thinking with the.The study of the integration of industry and city has been carried out. Therefore,it is both theoretical and practical to study the spatial optimisation of high-tech zones under the orientation of industry-city integration, which is a material carrier that can visually reflect the quality of their development.Based on a review of relevant theories, literature and concepts, the article proceeds from three aspects: "system construction, methodology identification and application of examples".Firstly,a countermeasure system is initially constructed to integrate the city-industry integration into the whole process of spatial optimisation in the high-tech zone;secondly, based on the guidance of the countermeasure system, two optimisation methods are identified for spatial optimisation in the high-tech zone, namely spatial potential evaluation and unit spatial allocation;finally,a targeted strategy framework is proposed for the application of spatial optimisation in the high-tech zone of Zaozhuang City.As a result of the study, the main conclusions are as follows. The optimization countermeasure system is a guide for the spatial optimization of the hightech zone. The countermeasure system is divided into three parts: countermeasure basis, countermeasure guidance and countermeasure embodiment. It is based on the development stage of city-industry integration in high-tech zones, relevant policies and case experiences, and through the analysis of the current situation of city-industry integration and the target setting of city-industry integration,it proposes a specific strategic framework with the integration of "people-industry" as the core and "structural integration, functional integration and morphological integration" as the extension. The spatial optimisation approach is a strategic framework that links the "people-industry" integration with the "structural integration, functional integration and morphological integration".The spatial optimisation approach is the link between "city-industry integration" and "space".After the "deconstruction" of the concept of city-industry integration through the countermeasure system, the two methods of spatial potential evaluation of the park and spatial function configuration of the unit are used to further implement the optimisation strategy at both the park and unit levels, thus ensuring that the results of the final scheme design can effectively guide the spatial optimisation of the high-tech zone under the guidance of city-industry integration. After the application of the spatial optimisation example of Zaozhuang High-tech Zone,it meets the development needs of industry-city integration.Based on the current situation of the development of the city-industry integration in Zaozhuang High-tech Zone, the spatial optimisation strategy framework is proposed with "people-industry" as the core and "3×3" strategy as the extension, after setting the optimisation objectives. At the same time, the spatial design of the Zaozhuang High-Tech Zone was carried out, generating a spatial plan at the park level and dividing the spatial area into 8 categories(20 units)for city-industry integration. In the end,the spatial optimisation results meet the development needs of city-industry integration in terms of "indicators" and "space".Through the construction of the spatial optimization countermeasures system, the exploration of spatial optimization methods and the application of spatial optimization examples under the orientation of industry-city integration,it is hoped that the research perspectives related to industry-city integration in high-tech zones can be enriched to a certain extent, and provide superficial ideas for the research of spatial optimization in other high-tech zones. |
