In the positive development of the national nuclear strategy, nuclear power simulation system is facing a rare historical opportunity for development. With the application of DCS system in nuclear power station, a variety of simulation technologies for DCS used in nuclear power plants are also widely applied. Simulator has been an essential tool in nuclear power plant operating personnel training, its fidelity and reliability requirements are much higher than simulators for other conventional areas, such as thermal power plant, etc..Therefore, the analysis of DCS simulation technology in nuclear power plants has considerable significance.Based on this, the paper firstly analyzes the MITSUBISHI MELTAC and HOLLIAS-MACS DCS system function using in Hongyanhe Nuclear Power Station, including function of DCS classification, security classification, control logic system(level1) and the supervisory control system(level2).At the same time, it analyzes the overall design of full scope simulator, safety grade DCS, DCS application, third party system simulation and the process of the system. Moreover, it analyzes the method how to modify simulator according different simulation ways of DCS system.Finally, through the application of DCS simulation technology in nuclear power station and future function extension provides certain reference and prospect for similar unit simulator construction and personnel training work.
