| The ship power station is an important part of the ship,providing a stable power supply for the ship’s power system,auxiliary equipment,ship-to-shore communication system,security system,lighting system,etc.With the rapid development of the global shipbuilding industry,ship development tends to be intelligent,complicated and automated.The electrical equipment of ships is becoming more and more complex,the types of faults in ship power stations are becoming more and more complex,and the requirements for ship power station operators are getting higher and higher.Therefore,systematic research on the ship power station simulation simulator is of great significance for improving the ability and quality of ship operators,for the safe and stable operation of the ship,and for analyzing and solving the fault problem of ship power station operation.This paper takes a ship-type ship power station as the research object and proposes a ship power station simulation simulator based on Simulink and King SCADA.According to the physical model and mathematical model of the ship power station,a ship power station model including three generator sets is established in Simulink,and it is real-time in Simulink.Dynamic simulation of different operating states such as the normal operation of a single unit of a marine power station,a parallel operation of two units,and a sudden increase and decrease of load and generator failure when three generator sets are in parallel.Establish the ship power station monitoring interface in the King SCADA configuration software,monitor the ship power station operating parameters through the King SCADA configuration software,complete load switching and ship power station fault simulation and other processes,use the SQL Server database to complete the ship power station simulation model and King SCADA configuration software Data communication between.At present,the ship-type power station simulation simulator has been applied to a certain actual training.An application example shows that the ship-type power station simulator meets the requirements of simulation training.Combined with the established simulation model of a ship power station,some research work has been done on the fault diagnosis of a ship power station.This paper proposes a random forest ship power station diagnostic model and a BP neural network ship power station diagnostic model.Through simulink simulation to obtain the fault data of a ship power station,and then extract the fault characteristic quantity,analyze the fault diagnosis principle of the ship power station of the random forest algorithm and the BP neural network algorithm,and establish the random forest ship power station fault diagnosis model and BP neural network in MATLAB The fault diagnosis model of ship power station.Finally,analyze and compare the diagnosis results of random forest algorithm and BP neural network algorithm.The results show that the fault diagnosis model of ship power station based on random forest can improve the fault diagnosis efficiency and accuracy of ship power station compared with the fault diagnosis model of ship power station based on BP neural network. |
