Post-project evaluation is an important part of the actual project summary;Post-project evaluationcan effectively analyze the pros and cons of all aspects of the project,and can provide the effective basis and suggestion for its improvement and perfection.Power grid projects are usually large investment,long cycle,a wide impact and have social effects;they have many implications to the development of the national economy.The importance of post-evaluation of power grid project has been more and more emphasized.Study evaluation method can provide references for improving the project management level and improving the relevant policies.The post-project evaluation methods which used relatively successful include the statistical method,with and without methods,logical framework approach,success degree methods and the analytical hierarchy process.In this paper,various methods are summarized and analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of each method are summarized.This paper mainly studies the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,andits basic theory,mathematical model and evaluation method are analyzed.For the distribution network project,the evaluation index system which includes construction process,economic benefits,grid capability,technical equipment,social environment and sustainabilityis established.Toke a power grid project of Ganzhou City as a case made fuzzy evaluation.Study shows fuzzy analytic hierarchy processcan complete the post-evaluation work of the distribution network project effectively,especially competent for thematic analysis which quantitative data volume is large.The evaluation results are satisfactory,which can provide reliable reference evaluation conclusion and suggestion for the improvement and perfection of the project.
