A Study Of The Urban Planning For The Town Of The State-owned Farm Which Beyond Urban-rural System

The State-owned farm is a particular economy that only occurred in our country, which was always established in rural area and far away from city. The State-owned farm not only plays the economical function of promoting agricultural production and increasing the production efficiency but also plays political function of consolidating the rule of the board area. With the development of economy, under the background of rapid urbanization, the State-owned farm keeps making attempts to reform and develop. Many of them become towns where the tertiary industries agglomerate. Meanwhile, because of its geographical location, the towns often become the frontier of the urban-rural integration of our country, however, in Yunnan province the planning method of the state-owned farm town is the same as the method of common town, which results in the dualistic contradiction between the state-owned farm town and its surrounding towns, and also the state-owned farm town is losing its individuallyOn the basis of these backgrounds, this thesis takes Dongfeng town of Jinghong Dongfeng farm and the Manjingwan village, the Mankangwan village, and the Manjiang village which beside it in Yunnan as examples. First, through literature reviewing, investigation and interview, we analyzed and summarized the culture, space and industry of the Dongfeng town and the three villages. We tried to find the individuality, and then to further analyze the urban-rural phenomenon. We found that the most important reasons leading to the urban-rural phenomenon include system, economy and the thinking of separate urban and rural planning. Finally, by focusing on the urban-rural integration, aiming at the cause of the urban-rural phenomenon, starting from the nature of the relationship between urban and rural, and combining with the developmental demands of new type urbanization, we put forward the planning method that is suitable for the Dongfeng Town based on intensivism. Through Summarizing the urban-rural integration planning method of the Dongfeng farm, we found that the emphasis of the State-owned farm town planning is the amalgamation of citizens (mainly the employee of the State-owned farm)vand villagers, and the difficulty is the population prediction, the confliction between the implementation, intensivism and the economic development, and to clear the delegate. Thus we focused on the flat area in Yunnan province, starting from the development of urban-rural integration in flat areas to drive the other regions, and finally to promote the development of the Yunnan province development. We hope to sum up how they are manifested, thus to provide reference to other town planning of the State-owned farm in Yunnan province.
