Research On Beautiful Rural Landscape Construction Under The Background Of Urban-Rural Integration

Beautiful country refers to the rural areas of farmland and village, hedges, roads, ponds and other types of combination characteristic, it is a comprehensive performance of rural economy, humanities, social and natural phenomenons. It can be divided into the natural landscape and human landscape. Natural landscape refers to natural scenery, such as mountains and lakes, and moon, rocks, plants, etc. Cultural landscape reflects the characteristics of local culture, folk customs, history, etc. of which compose the humanities background of landscape, such as temples, former residence of celebrities, local culture festival, etc.The report of 18th CPC National Congress says to push forward the construction of the beautiful China to promote construction of ecological civilization, and by 2020, GDP and urban and rural residents per capita income will be doubled to 2010. Combined with the concept of urban-rural integration issued during 1980s, it makes the development of beauty construction of rural area a higher platform. Minhou county has also been actively respond to the national call to develop the rural construction, but during the process of development, the county encountered barriers such as the rural collective property rights, road construction lag, inadequate rural infrastructure and public services, the outflow of labor and the villagers’ low incomes.Minhou county is lack of characteristics on both sides of the river, and local features are not well, which hindered the development of the beautiful countryside. In view of the present situation of the theory and practice of urban and rural integration development, this paper carried out disscussions on the beautiful countryside landscape classification and problems existing in the process of construction. It inriched the theoritical system of beautiful rural construction, and provided suggestions to beautiful rural construction.In this paper, by using the beautiful rural construction research results as well as the status at home and abroad, with the method of empirical analysis field, it further investigated urban-rural integration in minhou county minjiang beautiful country on both sides of the rural construction. It analysis the current situation and problems of minhou county beautiful rural construction, mainly from four aspects to illustrate the beauty of rural construction suggestion:first, to enrich the sources of funding of beautiful rural construction; Second, to strengthen the government supervision work, enhance management level of beautiful country; Third, to improve the local villagers’ per capita income; Fourth, to give suggestions to the development of the beautiful countryside by taking Kongyuan village as an example. It is expected to provide a reference for construction of beautiful country of minhou county on both sides of the Minjiang River.
