The innovation of the industrial design need to conform to the requirements of the multi-dimensional. Such as user demand,technology of rigorous, economic conditions, cultural appeal,and so on. The development of modern industrial design is extending to the deeper and shows the tendency of multidisciplinary crossover and blending. Humanized design is in order to better meet the needs of people, to deal with the relationship of the good man-machine-environment at the same time. Humanized design based on the physiological and psychological needs of user, with the method of science to design products and user in the use of the product in the process of the comfortable and enjoyable.In this paper, through the study of the relationship of man-machine environment home shopping cart, sums up the principles of the old product design procedure and method, and based on the principle of humanized design for the elderly shopping cart the improved design.First of all, analyze the psychological and physiological characteristics in the elderly.And combined with the elderly in the existing literature data, the old recession performance and psychological changes in the body.Second, through the market research of the shopping cart, comparing the existing shopping cart function, process, colour and the future development trend is analyzed on the shopping cart, to find out the existing shopping cart own shortcomings and limitations. Third, analyze the shopping cart with environmental factors, the product design must be integrated into the environment, the use environment of the shopping cart bags in supermarkets, shops, family, market and so on.Fourth, combining product of ergonomics, analyze the elderly product design principle and design process.And the results of the survey design according to the above three items is suitable for old people to use the shopping cart.
