With the advent of the era of experience economy,the product function is single in the traditional design and can only meet the basic needs of people,but can not satisfy the ever-growing spiritual demand of people.The birth of supermarkets has brought great convenience to people's daily life.However,the shopping carts of supermarkets widely used in China can only be used to carry goods at present,but fail to meet the demand of today's consumers from appearance to user experience.In foreign countries,self-service shopping carts that integrate scanning a QR code and making payment have appeared for a long time,but fail to be popularized in our country due to cost problem and immature technologies and only put into use in some high-end supermarkets in Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou and other developed cities.Although in recent years,whether on the design level in combination of appearance and technology or from the perspective of meeting the needs of consumers of various age groups,there is a large space for optimizing the design research of self-service shopping carts.Therefore,this paper will emphatically carry out humanized design of shopping carts for infants and elderly users,realize diversified functions of shopping cards combined with relevant science and technology and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises while improving the action of consumer experience.First of all,this paper introduces the development status of self-service shopping carts of supermarkets at home and abroad as well as the shopping process in the supermarkets,then it analyzes the user demand of self-service shopping carts through the KANO model to conclude various functions of the carts.Finally,by consulting a lot of document literature,analyzing and studying the related technology of shopping carts,the study realizes contactless scanning combined with RFID(radio frequency identification)technology and indoor navigation technology,and installs the terminal display for it.While realizing the multi-platform data synchronization of mobile phone client and shopping cart terminal,consumers can obtain all sorts of supermarket promotion information as well as personalized shopping recommendations.Through the analysis and research of supermarket self-service shopping cart,the evaluation of design scheme,chapter v designs examples of self-service shopping cart's appearance,function positioning and other aspects and shows the research results.
