With the growing maturity of supermarkets in China,people have slowly become accustomed to this convenient and fast shopping mode,but when supermarkets gradually penetrate into people’s lives,especially in the era of experience economy,this traditional shopping mode begins to emerge with imperfect charging,weighing queuing and guiding system.Some problems lead to customers wasting unnecessary time and causing psychological anxiety,which directly affects the shopping experience and service quality.Therefore,a supermarket intelligent self-service car based on user experience is designed.It mainly realizes the whole process of intelligent self-service shopping function through convolutional neural network deep learning visual recognition,ZigBee network,pressure sensor,intelligent follow-up technology,and forms a new shopping mode and shopping process-shopping at will,knotting anywhere,and improving customer service.Customer experience and service quality.This paper takes supermarket intelligent self-service shopping cart as the research object.People over fourteen years of age are the specific research users.Through the analysis of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs and the design process and elements of user experience,the paper makes a thorough market research by combining quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis.Quantitative research uses questionnaire survey method to analyze users’ use and demand for shopping carts,and presents them in the form of quantitative statistical data.Qualitative research uses the form of user interviews to make statistical analysis of the data obtained by the survey in the form of charts and words,and establishes user angle according to the analysis results.Based on the user experience design principles and the results of research and analysis,the user’s expectations for the function,shape,color and material of the intelligent shopping cart are obtained.Based on this,the function,shape,manmachine and CFM of the product are analyzed in depth with the user’s needs as the center.According to these aspects,the intelligent shopping cart is analyzed in detail.Car innovative design practice.Through the design and research of supermarket intelligent self-service shopping cart based on user experience,this paper realizes the intelligent selfservice consumption mode of freely purchasing and knotting anywhere,improves the shopping efficiency and experience,creates a relaxed shopping atmosphere for customers,and finally makes customers have a pleasant shopping process.
