| Now manufacturing industries are facing increasingly fierce competition. If theenterprise wants to survive, it has to reduce cost and improve production efficiency.And improving the layout of workshop is one of the main ways. A reasonable layoutwill affects many aspects of the enterprise production, such as reducing intensity oflogistics, cutting down the logistics costs, increasing production efficiency and so on.Based on this background, this thesis will research and improve the interiorworkshop layout of F Trucks Company.Firstly, this article starts from collecting the related data of present layout,mainly including location and size of facilities, logistics transport capacity anddistance between two facilities. According to these data, do the F-D analysis to findout the deficiency of the present layout. Then use SLP and Genetic Algorithmmethod to optimize the layout. In the process main many techniques will be used,incuding chart technology, logistics analysis, MATLB programming and so on.Finally get two approximate optimal solutions, combined with the initial layout,there are a total of three schemes of layout. Then use evaluating methods to choosethe most excellent layout. AHP and Grey Relational Analysis are two evaluatingmethods the are used. Questionnaire method and MATLAB are both used in AHPmethod and Grey Relational Analysis method. And in the evaluating process ofGRA, questionnaire method is used to get the values of evaluation indexes, theweight of evaluation index is obtained by applying the method of extreme valueiteration. As a result, the two kinds of evaluation method get a consistent conclusion.Thus the chosen layout is the most excellent layout of F Trucks Interior Workshop. |
