Research On Evaluation Of Elevator Maintenance Effect Based On Multi-level Grey Relational Analysis

With the continuous development of society and economy,the number of elevators,as an indispensable vertical transportation tool in people’s daily life,is also increasing.The safe and stable operation of elevators is related to the safety of people’s lives and property,so the safety supervision and maintenance of elevators are extremely important.This article mainly studies the comprehensive evaluation of the maintenance effect of elevator maintenance enterprises,and build a scientific and effective evaluation model of the elevator maintenance effect,so as to further strengthen the management of the elevator maintenance enterprise by the regulatory agency,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the elevator maintenance industry.This article takes the evaluation of the maintenance effect of the elevator maintenance enterprises as the starting point,by consulting the literature and materials related to elevator maintenance,combined with the current development status of the elevator maintenance industry and the content of relevant standards and regulations,such as "Elevator Maintenance Rules","Special Equipment Safety Supervision Regulations",etc.,the elevator maintenance effect evaluation index system Was constructed.This evaluation system contains 6 first-level evaluation indicators,including corporate resources,maintenance capabilities,maintenance records,self-inspection,failure and emergency rescue,and maintenance effectiveness.After the first-level indicators are refined and decomposed,15 second-level evaluation indicators are obtained.After analyzing and combing the second-level indicators,the evaluation criteria can be determined according to the content and characteristics of each refined index.After the evaluation index system is constructed,the weighting method combining subjective weighting method(analytic hierarchy process)and objective weighting method(entropy weighting method)is used to determine the weight of each evaluation indicator.Then establish the elevator maintenance effect evaluation model based on the gray relational analysis method,and select three maintenance companies for case analysis.Through the comprehensive analysis of the results of the examples,not only can the maintenance effect of each company be ranked,but also the insufficiency of each elevator maintenance company in the evaluation index system can be pointed out,which is beneficial to the maintenance company to make improvements.
