| With the shortage of resources and the increase of energy costs,the energy crisis is coming.Low carbon and energy-saving manufacturing is a new mode of modern manufacturing to achieve sustainable development.Facility layout is a key link for manufacturing enterprises to achieve low-carbon and energy-saving manufacturing.This article starts with the sources of carbon emissions in the production process of machining workshops,explores the relationship between carbon emission sources and workshop layout,and constructs a multi-objective and multi-constraint workshop layout optimization mathematical model with the optimization goals of minimizing carbon emissions and maximizing non logistics relationships.An improved particle swarm optimization algorithm was designed to solve the model of workshop layout optimization.The SLP optimized layout scheme is used as the initial solution of the multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm to maintain the diversity of solutions and improve the search efficiency of the algorithm.Introducing dynamic penalty functions in multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the constraint problem of layout models;Introduce an adaptive grid algorithm to evaluate the density of particles,and combine density information with random roulette wheel to select the global optimal particles and maintain external file sets.Finally,Py Charm is used to solve the pareto optimal solution set.Comprehensively evaluate the layout schemes in the Pareto solution set,using entropy weight method and Analytic Hierarchy Process to calculate the comprehensive weights of each evaluation index from both subjective and objective perspectives.Combined with the grey correlation method,evaluate each layout scheme and obtain the optimal layout scheme.Finally,the thesis scheme is compared with the current layout status of the workshop and the SLP optimized layout scheme.Compared with the SLP optimized layout scheme and the workshop status,the thesis scheme can effectively improve non logistics relationships and reduce logistics transportation volume and workshop carbon emissions,verifying the effectiveness of the layout optimization method proposed in this thesis. |
