Study On Safety Standardization Management Of Project Construct

China’s economy is in a stage of rapid development, the people’s needs and the quality of life is also improved which is driven by economic development, the demand of building products is also rising rapidly, the construction industry is also rapid development.However, China’s construction safety technology is not yet mature, the lack of a comprehensive and systematic security management system, as well as the lack of safety awareness and other reasons, so the construction accident will occur frequently, which has caused huge losses to the construction enterprises and our country, the most important thing is a large number of people lose their lives in the accidents.This phenomenon is not conducive to social harmony and stability.Therefore, this paper studies the safety standardization management system of construction project, for the safety issues of construction projects and social harmony, which has acted a very important role.The central idea of this paper is to establish a safety standardization management system for building construction projects, and apply it to the construction projects, in order to achieve the purpose of reducing safety accidents.This paper describes the concept of standardization and safety standardization management and its development history first. Subsequently, based on the concept of safety management of building construction project, this paper expounds the present situation of our country’s safety standardization management and indicates that the standard management of our country still has the shortage of in some places. Then, according to the relevant regulations of our country and the specific practical experience of the project, this paper constructs the safety standardization management system, and formulate the detailed standard scheme at the same time. Furthermore, it tests the feasibility and effectiveness of the system with a specific construction projects (Shanghai Yibo building construction projects).
