Since the industrial revolution,the mushroom development of science andtechnology have improved continuingly people’s living standard. However,it alsocaused seriously environmental problems.Refrigerating appliances,such asrefrigerators and air conditioners are widely used.With the mass production ofrefrigerating appliances,growingly outdated appliances are being discarded. Thiskind of large solid waste will pollute the environment without appropriatelytreatment.Therefore how to improve disassembling efficiency of refrigeratingappliances and material recovery rate have become a hot topic within manufacturers.Based on reviewing related literatures at home and abroad,this paper introducesmethods and principles of disassemble design and evaluation Indicators ofdisassembling performance.Combining structural features of refrigerators and airconditioners,a kind of disassembling design flow for refrigerating appliances isproposed.This paper concludes following contents:Using constraint graph describesthe conjunctive terms of product parts and builds disassembling informationmodel;Using simulated annealing algorithm programs product disassemblysequence;Choosing certain performance indexes evaluate products’ disassemblingperformance and quantize the indexes with equations.Developing a support system fordisassembled design of refrigerating appliances analysis,manage and evaluate designinformation and aid engineers to develope disassembled products,which improveswork efficiency;Using Check list method checks each index of designed product andevaluates the design.Based above researches,the support system is debugged,and isverified with examples to prove the feasibility of this support system.
