The optimization of logistics system is an important problem with strategic significance, in the logistics planning, the choice of the distribution center is the key to the entire logistics system, whether the choice of distribution center location is good or not directly impact the quality, efficiency of service, profits of the enterprise and market competition force. The logistics system includes three different levels of decision-making:the strategic level (facility location decisions), tactical level (inventory control decisions) and operational level(transport management decisions), the traditional location problems considered only one or two of them, but these three elements are closely linked, in order to make the integrated optimization and management, it is necessary to further analyze the relationship among them. In this paper, considering the characteristics of auto parts logistics, we researched the CLRIP problem with the location, inventory and the path. In this paper, our tasks are as follows:(1) Firstly, in this paper we introduced the background and significance of my research and research status, and then introduced to the theoretical knowledge and algorithms briefly for this article.(2) Secondly, analysising the characteristics of the auto parts logistics, we established a forward logistics optimization model considering the location, inventory, and the path, in order to solve the problem, I firstly selected the genetic algorithm to widely search the outer layer, the inner simulated annealing algorithm to optimize the vehicle routing, with the two algorithms mixed to solve our problem; we proposed a new coding method for the defects of the double-layer optimization algorithm. Finally, we used an example to verify the correctness of the algorithm.(3)For the closed-loop and two-way flow and timeliness of characteristics of the auto parts, we established a closed-loop logistics optimization model considering the location, inventory, path and time. Similarly we used the single and double-layer optimization algorithms to solve the problem, Finally, we also used an example to verify the correctness of the algorithm.(4) On the basis of the above research results, and based on the application and development framework of RSS platform, using the RIA technology of Flex developed a logistics optimization subsystem. we firstly analysis the main technologies and capabilities of logistics optimization subsystem; and then considering the actual situation, we designed the system architecture, system functional structure and database; finally completed the design of the two systems:forward logistics optimization system and closed-loop logistics optimization systems.
