EMU program is one of the main framework for the use of high-speed railway operationsorganization and management system,which will affect the quality of the preparation of theresults of the high-speed railway operations management conditions and related economicbenefits.In recent years,with the construction of the expansion of high-speed rail network,followed by the preparation of EMU plan also increasingly complex,diverse,dynamicacquisition cost plus the EMU is also very expensive.So make use of the EMU numberrationalization reduced,while increasing their use of the equalizer,then an extremely importantpractical significance.Based on the study on the use of EMU existing research programs and results,this paperfirst analyzes the theoretical basis.In the introduction of EMU meaning and applicationprocess and other related basic concepts introduced simultaneously leads EMU use fourdynamic ways, after its analysis than elected EMU in a manner consistent with China’s actualsituation of the high-speed railway operations.Then it discusses its maintenance mode.ThenEMU plans to introduce the meaning and classification, and other related concepts,andsummed up the factors affecting every aspect of the preparation and application of theprinciples of plans on this basis.Under the premise of train diagram structure determination,consider the dynamic factorsEMU opening line programs and maintenance conditions,comprehensive preparation of itsuse planning programs (including cross-road plan and maintenance plan),and in accordancewith the preparation of the resulting use planning system simulation of EMU applicationprocess.In this paper,after the absorption of the relevant research results,the mathematicalmodel of EMU use planning were discussed optimization of the impact of EMU use ofvarious factors formal expression to connecting time,decision variables,maintenance problemsand uniqueness constraints as constraints, and to use the number of EMU minimization andutilization were established minimum variance optimal control mathematical model.In addition,this paper summarizes the basis of currently available methods for solvingthe above model,drawing on the classic traveling salesman problem (TSP) modeling approach,the use of high-speed EMU program is transformed into a network of special use to solve TSPproblems.So,for TSP in mastering a variety of intelligent algorithms applicability andadvantages and disadvantages of the future, a comprehensive reference to the special nature ofthe use of high-speed rail EMU program,selected based on simulated annealing algorithmthan three exchange neighborhood structure optimization algorithm above optimal controlmodel is solved. Finally,based on the above findings, this paper developed a system platform EMU useplanning,the paper gives constitute the framework and function modules of the system,canautomatically move function EMU preparing comprehensive use plan.And Lan-Xin RailwaySecond Double of the background study to verify the analysis,and then prove the practicalityand feasibility of the model and the corresponding algorithm is built in this paper.
