With the rapid development of railway information technology, China has independently developed some key technology and equipment, containing railway control science and signal processing. We are converging with the world railway system standard gradually, and in1998, our country officially listed TCN standard railway train communication network as China’s only standards.In this paper, relying on the issue of "the design and implementation of UIC gateway", which is carrying out by the Beijing Jiaotong University and Qingdao Sifang rolling stock research institute, realizes the real time protocol message data communication of multifunction vehicle bus MVB and wire train bus WTB, and based on the original protocol, adding in the flow control mechanism. We guarantee the quality of service of QoS, the main work is carried out as follows:(1) Research the IEC61375-1standard by its function module partition. According to the provisions of the corresponding real-time protocol in the OSI reference model layer, grasp the characteristics of each layer. Divide the modules to complete the whole communication process, designing the corresponding data structure. In the process of transmission layer implementation. To achieve the purpose of message data under control, we introduce the over time module, realizes theunicast and multicast transport layer state mechanism and conversion. Finally, we design the printing module, convenient debugging and error modification.(2) Defines the interface between the modules, according to the communication process, determining the call relationship. Verify the program modules and interface function top down in order. Prepare the test sample, and uniform test integrated modules. Design of the user interface, and make it easy to operate. After the whole simulation, complete system integration, realize the communication between the development boards, print and analysis the test results.(3) Based on the real time protocol, find out the deficiency on flow control in protocol, introducing flow control mechanism improvement. In the test, by limiting the communication velocity, achieve the purpose of processing data packet classification. Guarantee the quality of service in the train communication network.
