Implement Of Transformer Substation Computer Video Surveillance System

The article mainly makes a profound study on the video capture technology,video display technology and Real-time Transport Protocol/Real-time Transport Control Protocol,designs and implements the transformer substation computer remote video surveillance system based on MPEG-4. After simple compare of the international motion image compress standards of MPEG-1,MPEG-2, H.26X and MPEG-4, image capture and show technology and network transport control technology are studied profoundly. A scheme of DirectX based video capture and show and an implement scheme of video network adaptive transport are introduced. At last, it introduces the design and implement of the computer remote video surveillance system on IP network. The system actual running effects show that the result of the project has high application value and some apply value in video capture,show and network transport.
