The background of the subject is National "Twelfth Five-Year" Plan for Science&Technology Support-" Ensuring Housing Industrial Design and Construction Key Technology and Demonstration Research ", taking the composite wallboard as the research object, using the experiment and calculation means to solve some problems in production of the composite wallboard, aim to provide some reference for the production and development of our country’s housing components.Through the deep research of the Process s Curings Liftings Quality Acceptances Concrete Element Mending and other aspects of the composite wallboard factory production, the main achievements were summarized in detail as follows:(1) Based on the production process of research, sum up the causes of deviation deviations and allowed value; Secondly, this paper studies it deeply on the type, function, physical properties and processing of the materials used by composite wallboard; Finally, through compression and rebound experiment, establishing special rebound curve, as the reference of evaluating concrete quality.(2) This paper systematically studies the principle and technology of steam curing, obtains the influencing rule of steam curing on HPC.
