With the rapid development of China’s urbanization and industrialization, housing industrialization will be the only way for the future residential development, prefabricated assembled concrete structure is an effective way to realize the housing industrialization. Based on the promotion of such structure, the main content of this paper are about the aspects:(1)Summarize the component way which the existing structures of several prefabricated assembled frame structure as well as their main force characteristics, including composite beam, force and structure of composite panel, force and structure of composite beam-panel, force and structure of the nodes of the composite beam, and the force and structure of the primary and secondary nodes of beam.(2) Collate and analyze the design theory and design method of prefabricated assembled frame structure, including the design and checking of the main force component beams, plates and columns. Though the project of Leshan’s public rental housing project, which locates in the Engineering Industrial Zone, summarize up the whole frame structure’s assembly design process, which provides a reference to the design side; and analyze the overall frame structure prefabricated precast production process and construction site installation process, which provides a reference to the construction side. This series of work to make the design, production, construction constitutes as a whole, which provides a reference to the application of the promotion of such structure.(3) Use the finite element analysis software SAP2000for three facade forms (ordinary masonry infill walls, precast facades plug-in connections and precast facade attached connection) conducting a response spectrum analysis, by comparing the changes of inter-layer displacement and natural vibration period of framework of the structure, analyze their impact on the rigidity of the frame, thereby affecting the integrity of the frame and resistance of the earthquake. By analyzing the results, obtain the result that it’s a better way to use the framework of prefabricated external wall attached connections than other forms to resist the earthquake and perform a better way of integrity of the frame. Therefore, author makes questions about the method currently used to design the assembled frame structure.
