Study On Quality Evaluation Of Rural Human Settlement And Improvement Measures In Changchun

The stand or fall of human settlement is related to human survival,development and future.Currently,the public concerned about urban issues while discovering rural human settlement problems are also gradually increased.Jilin Province is located in the cold ground,is a major agricultural province of our country,the level of economic development in the country belongs to the medium level,the rural population accounts for46.3%of the total population in the province.Rural human settlement is related to the live,living environment of the nearly half the population.Changchun is located in central Jilin Province,in the Northeast Plain hinterland,the higher level of economic development.Select Changchun’s villages as the research objects,because they represent the villages of Jilin Province.This paper summarized the related theory research and practical measures of the domestic and foreign human settlement,as well as all types of existing human settlement indicator system.Select the relevant evaluation system for reference,screening index factors.Combining the current situation of rural human settlement of Changchun area,construct the Changchun area rural human settlement quality evaluation system.In four countries under the jurisdiction of Changchun,a total of1365villages as the scope of study,through field investigation in48villages and classification,choose8typical villages as the research object.Analysis from several aspects,the overall layout,the village space form,the level of social and economic development,infrastructure construction,public services,the ecological environment quality and living conditions.Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to determine evaluation index factors,weights based on the expert scoring method and with the aid of Excel software,MATLAB to calculate and validate,finally it is concluded that influence the rural human settlement comprehensive evaluation.Summarized the problems reflected on the results.From the aspects of policy,ecological construction,infrastructure construction and rural construction,and puts forward the countermeasures to improve.
