Study On Evaluation Of Rural Human Settlements’ Quality In The West Of Jilin Province

With the continuous development of urbanization process and the improvementof people’s living standards, the human settlement has got a converse effect,especially when concerning about rural problems. To improve the rural humansettlement, is quite an important content of socialism countryside construction. Theresearches which composite former research result and conclude city humansettlement are relatively major, but researches about the evaluation of rural humansettlement are vulnerable. Researches about the quality of rural human settlement,regional targeted, are even less.Jilin province, as a traditional agriculture province, agricultural economy is themost important part of economic development in the whole province. Geographicalconditions have large differences and economic development level have lost balancein Jilin province. Compared with the eastern mountainous area, the economy ofwestern area are relatively advanced, have certain advantages in aspects of hydrology,geology, the production and development of new energy. What’s more, the ecologicalresources here are relatively good and the environment carrying capacity is relativelyfragile. Western plain area, which has the most strong feature of northeast region, arepicked as the research object, contains Baicheng, Songyuan and Siping.This dissertation is based on the related research of theory system, the formerevaluation of rural human settlement quality, and the status of western rural humansettlement. Dissertation has analyzed and summarized existing problems and itsoriginal causes in this area. Respectively took village Teli and Baoshan in Baichengarea, village Shitouchengzi and Zezi in Songyuan Area, Village Majiayoufang, Caijiain Siping area, these six typical villages as research object. Took basis data by fieldsurveying in residential environment, social economy, fundamental facilities, publicservice facilities and ecological environment. This dissertation has set up a targetedevaluation index system by using Delphi method to take experts anonymous survey, combining AHP analysis method to determine evaluation index of research, invitingexperts and mathematic models to calculate and check, and finally summarizing andanalyzing the result of rural comprehensive evaluation. In order to prevent fromsubjectivity, dissertation has take Village Junzi in Song yuan Area as example, putforward some suggestions on how to improve quality of living environment inwestern village, with the expect to provide scientific basis and theoretical referencesfor the development of western rural human settlement in Jilin Province.
