The MBD-based Three-dimensional visualization manufacturing technology is anemerging technology in the digital manufacturing of modern aviation, and that is adevelopment tendency in air-crafts, three-dimensional assembly process design. Thetechnology mostly through the integration of the three-dimensional process design andprocess simulation systems, complete the collection of instructions, information and datawhich came from design and simulation period, and through integrating with MES, pass thecompleted process design information to production site to achieve visual assembly, getthrough a technology roadmap of product design and process design and on-site visualizationassembly of model-based definition. Solved the difficult problem of the digitizing processinginformation obtained from the traditional two-dimensional drawings, and improved theoverall efficiency of manufacturing effectively. The research work and the main contents ofthis paper include:(1) At the present stage, requirements analysis of our country aviation manufacturingenterprises scene visualization level. Through research and analysis, at the present stage, stillusing traditional2D drawing process information model is not conducive to enterpriseinformation management.(2) We have studied three-dimensional visualization technology demand in industryapplications. Studied and analyzed the process visualization on the data, resources, the threeelements of visual management needs to be what kinds of change, by what means change, andexplains its meaning outside in thought.(3) Software design for the manufacturing system of three-dimensional visualization.Among them, studies the applicable visualization method of dealing with the present3dmodel, study and formulate visual process model of data organization and storage, and studiesits key technology and method.(4) For the three-dimensional process browser frame design and functional design. First,make a browser for enterprise production site hardware support related preparations; determine its embodiment in the field and feasibility. Using supporting technologies weredeveloped based on WINDOWS and WEB browser prototype system.(5) Research3D visualization software for applications in industry. Studiesmanufacturing process management and control and the manufacturing process instancemodeling based on workflow management technology. Research Workflow managementbasic theoretical and related supporting technologies.Finally, through the center of an enterprise integrated data management platform,seamless integration on this topic research contents, and make recommendations for futureresearch.
